Dr.Sandhya Pentareddy
Dr. Sandhya serves on the Board of Trustees of VIT and the Governing Board of VIT-AP. She brings over 30 years of experience from product development, engineering management and higher education administration at USA and India. She is a Master in Computer Science Engineering from RIT, USA and a Ph.D in Management Sciences from Guindy College, Anna University.
With a penchant for quality of products and people’s work life, she successfully directed large scale software product development. She contributed to Yodlee, USA in growing it from 15 to 350 employees. She was part of the team that did pioneering work in aggregation of data, business intelligence and building financial applications on top of the anonymized data. She developed and led the E-Commerce engineering group and provided the technology behind Walmart.com that made it the No. 2 E-Commerce player in the USA, in early 2000s. She is part of the leadership team that setup the Intuit India Development Center and built high performance software development teams and managed product development of QuickBooks, Intuit Payroll etc.
She is a key player in establishing the VIT institutions, enhancing the higher education offerings and improving the quality of the institutions. She firmly believes in the group’s vision to transform life itself through excellence in education and research.
As part of the core group, established the VIT-AP University from ground up with the vision of “Improving life through application of knowledge”. VIT-AP now attracts the best of students and faculty from various parts of the country.
Her passion towards living with joy and shared interest in ‘enriching lives’ brought forth Sky Innovations in partnership with Kishan.

Syed Hussain Siraj (Kishan)
Syed Hussain Siraj (Kishan) is a technologist who focuses on real life issues that can be solved using technology.
After working in India in firms such as Tata Consultancy Services, Kishan spent over 12 years in the US at firms such as Citi, Merryl Lynch etc, many of those in leadership levels. This has given him a good exposure on how the finance and technology worlds work on Wall Street.
After coming back to India, Kishan headed a technology organisation whose resources were handling some key technology related services for one of the largest private banks in India.
Kishan has launched ‘Five Minutes’, a technology product brand that aims to provide peace of mind using technology within five minutes. Five Minutes Farmers is one of the focus on changing the lives of farmers in India by utilising technology to come up with innovative solutions that will cause a large scale positive impact in the lives of people who need it the most. Five Minutes Health is another initiative under Five Minutes that aims to connect the healthcare professionals.
With this background, Kishan brings in the mix of these corporate and startup experiences into Sky Innovations.
While he is quite patriotic about India, he is also passionate about his family, friends, badminton and food.
